ds2=dsDownSample(ds, ratio): return a down-sampled version of the original dataset

Example

ds=prData('iris');
ds2=dsDownSample(ds, 3);
disp(ds2)

      dataName: 'iris'
     inputName: {'sepal length'  'sepal width'  'petal length'  'petal width'}
    outputName: {'Setosa'  'Versicolour'  'Virginica'}
         input: [4×50 double]
        output: [1×50 double]
