Mailing Instructions

Your paper must be received on or before November 3, 1997. This does not mean postmarked; it means in the conference office. Please mail your paper in a large envelope with a cardboard to prevent bending. Do not fold your paper to fit a standard envelope.

The following materials have to be sent to the Conference Management Office:

1. Six (6) COPIES of your Paper Cover Sheet
2. Six (6) COPIES of your camera-ready paper
3. The IEEE Copyright Form

In addition, if you did not complete the electronic Cover Sheet, you need to send a floppy disk containing the coversheet and abstract of your paper as described in Floppy Disk Preparation Instructions. Please, protect your floppy from damage by placing it between two sheets of cardboard.

Send this material altogether contained in a single envelope to:

Additionally, if you haven’t already sent through FTP the postscript file of your full paper (if available), please do it now via WWW and FTP following the instructions on (due to November 3, 1997): http://icassp98.microsoft.com/pssubmission.
