Important Notes about Recording (錄音注意事項)

1. There are two types of microphones:
   • Uni-directional, such as .
   • Omni-directional, such as .
   If you are using the built-in microphone of your notebook, then it is likely to be omni-directional. Be sure to use the right microphone for your recording tasks.
2. Make sure you microphone is plugged into the right place.
3. Make sure you have turned on the microphone.
4. Make sure the driver of your sound card is correct and most recent.
5. Make sure the recording volume is adjusted to an appropriate level. (Check the plot during recording.)
