Registration Package

Registration in advance of the conference can be done by Fax or mail. All relevant information and fees are shown on the enclosed Forms. To qualify for the lower, advance registration fees, your registration form AND PAYMENT must be received by April 10, 1998. No wire transfer or invoices will be accepted. Checks, money orders and bank drafts must be drawn on U.S. banks and be payable in U.S. dollars only.

Payment of the full registration fee entitles the attendees to participate in all Technical Sessions; the Welcoming Reception, Meet the Pioneers Reception, and Exhibitor’s Receptions; entrance to the Exhibit Hall; and a copy of the Proceedings on CD-ROM. A hard copy of the Proceedings is not included. Participation in one or more Tutorials requires payment of separate, additional fees.

Hard-copy Proceedings may be purchased onsite (to be taken with you) or may be shipped to you in advance of ICASSP ’98 if your order and payment are received on or before April 10th. After April 10th you must register on-site at the conference. All fee schedules and registration rules/requirements are stated on the enclosed Forms. Requesting the Proceedings be shipped to you before the conference does not guarantee that they will arrive prior to your departure for the conference. However, if you choose to pick up your proceedings at the conference you will also be responsible for their return shipment to your home or office. Additional copies of the CD-ROM are available at a cost of $30.00 each and may be picked up at the conference.

Refunds for Conference Registration and Tutorials are made only in response to written requests to ICASSP ’98 at the conference management address, postmarked or faxed by April 10, 1998. A service charge of $50 will be imposed for cancellations.
