In this paper we present a new method of preparing the form sheet for each of your papers
that will appear in ICASSP 1998. Do not use any citations or formulas in the 
abstract and after having filled in this form do a final check, e.g. if every opening bracket 
has its corresponding closing one. The results of this procedure will be shown on ICASSP 98 in 
Seattle.
