1)  Some accented names of authors have had accents removed due to problems
    with Acrobat incorrectly displaying the accents.  The affected accents
    are (in TeX notation) \u{g}, \v{Z}, \v{r}, \v{s}, \v{c}, \v{C}, \i

2)  Some of the Acrobat files in \pdf\author cause problems with older
    Acrobat readers.  If you experience errors while trying to view some
    of these files, then install the V3.0 readers from this CDROM.
